North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) is an independent training provider offering apprenticeships and work‑based training across the North of England. With over 50 years’ experience in workplace training, they deliver a wide range of apprenticeships covering industries such as business administration, catering and hospitality, customer service, furniture occupations, general manufacturing, IT and digital support, marketing, team leading, management, warehousing and logistics. Their programmes are designed for both 16–18 year‑olds and adults, with apprenticeships typically delivered in the workplace to minimise time away from the job. NLTG’s tutors are industry specialists who tailor training and qualifications to the needs of each employer, and the organisation emphasises flexible delivery to suit different business requirements. They operate Centres of Excellence for furniture occupations and for catering and hospitality, and also provide pre‑apprenticeship Study Programme courses for 16–18‑year‑olds, combining work experience, employability skills, and support with English and maths to prepare learners for apprenticeships or employment.
