Training Decisions Made Clear

We help employers cut through the noise and connect with the right B2B training providers — fast, ethically, and with confidence.

About us

What we do

At Find a Training Provider (FATP), we help organisations make better decisions about B2B training. Originally focused on apprenticeships, we’ve grown into a triage and discovery platform for employers who want clarity — not chaos — when choosing how to upskill their teams. We combine quality data, market insight, and human trust to make the right introductions at the right time.

Why it matters

The training market is noisy, fragmented, and opaque. Employers are overwhelmed by options. Providers struggle to reach the right clients. Funding rules change constantly. We cut through the noise — helping both sides find alignment quickly and ethically. No spam. No lead flipping. Just trusted, needs-based recommendations.

How we work

We don’t sell training. We help buyers make better decisions — and only introduce them to providers we’ve vetted or worked with before. Our system combines public data, live campaign insights, and strategic filtering to match employers with providers who are right for them. Think of us as your external triage team for training.

Proven Demand. Trusted Matches.

In just a few months, employers and learners have used FATP to move over £1M in training referrals — all through high-trust, needs-based introductions.
