These terms govern your use of the Find a Training Provider ("FATP") website at findatrainingprovider.co.uk. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Service
FATP is an independent comparison platform that helps employers and learners find and compare UK apprenticeship training providers. We aggregate publicly available data from the Education and Skills Skills England, DWP, Ofsted, and user-submitted reviews.
2. Use of the Site
You may use our site to:
- Browse and compare training provider profiles
- Search for apprenticeship standards and locations
- Request introductions to training providers
- Submit reviews of training providers
- Access our advice and guidance articles
You must not use our site to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data
- Submit false or misleading reviews
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access
3. Data Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the data on our site is accurate and up-to-date. Achievement rates, satisfaction scores, and Ofsted ratings are sourced from official bodies and updated regularly. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information. Data should be used as one factor in your decision-making process.
4. Provider Introductions
When you request an introduction to a training provider through FATP, we facilitate the initial connection by sharing your contact details with the provider. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a training provider. FATP is not responsible for the quality of services delivered by any provider.
5. Reviews
Reviews submitted to FATP are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, irrelevant, or suspected to be fraudulent. By submitting a review, you grant FATP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on our site.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of FATP are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Provider data sourced from Skills England and Ofsted is used under open government licence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FATP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
