DH Associates is a UK-based training provider that has been delivering training, coaching and consultancy since 1994. They specialise in apprenticeships and vocational qualifications primarily in Health & Social Care, Childcare, Management and Team Leading, Business Administration, Customer Service and Retail. As an approved centre for City & Guilds and ILM, DH Associates delivers a full range of health and social care qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5, including Diplomas and Intermediate, Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships, as well as management qualifications at Levels 3, 5 and 7 and business administration and customer service qualifications at Levels 2 and 3. The organisation is Matrix accredited for information, advice and guidance, and has extensive experience working with both levy and non-levy employers to access and manage ESFA-funded apprenticeships. DH Associates supports employers with training needs analysis, workforce development planning, apprenticeship recruitment, and maximising apprenticeship funding. Learners receive individualised programmes with access to resources, regular reviews and one-to-one trainer support to develop sector-specific skills, knowledge and behaviours required for competent performance and career progression.
