Swarm Training offers apprenticeships in sectors including administration and accounts, business management, marketing and market research, HR and recruitment, engineering and industrial roles, and supply chain and logistics. The organisation works in partnership with employers to upskill both new entrants and existing staff, following a traditional apprenticeship model that blends on-the-job learning with structured training. Swarm Training collaborates closely with Swarm Recruitment to provide a quick, efficient and free recruitment process for employers who hire apprentices through them, with recruitment professionals guiding businesses step by step. As a not-for-profit CIC, Swarm Training aims to use its profits to support community projects across the UK while providing high-quality apprenticeship provision for learners and employers.
