About Winnovation Training
Winnovation Training is a UK-based training provider specialising in Health & Social Care, Residential Childcare and Early Years Education. From it's Newcastle upon Tyne base, the organisation delivers pre-employment and employed training designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, practical skills and sector insight needed to start or progress a career in care and early years settings. For those entering the workforce or changing careers, Winnovation Training offers structured pre-employment programmes that blend classroom learning, hands-on activities and employability support to build confidence, secure recognised qualifications and prepare learners for real job opportunities in the sector. For existing staff, the provider works in partnership with employers to deliver flexible, accredited training programmes, including nationally recognised Diplomas and apprenticeships at Levels 2–5 in Early Years, Residential Childcare and Adult Care, as well as fully funded Level 3 qualifications through the government’s Free Courses for Jobs initiative. Employers receive regular progress reports to track learner development and support workforce capability, compliance with sector standards and staff retention. Overall, Winnovation Training focuses on empowering learners to achieve their potential while helping employers develop skilled, confident and motivated teams through high-quality vocational training and apprenticeships in care and education.
