Swatpro

Swatpro is a not-for-profit partnership of employers and training providers formed in 2011 to deliver vocational training and apprenticeships across the South West of England. It offers apprenticeships to both levy and non-levy paying employers in sectors including accountancy, business administration, clinical health (hospitals), construction, customer service, early years education, engineering, health and social care, hospitality and catering, and leadership and management. Swatpro leads on the delivery of apprenticeship standards, providing high-quality, flexible skills solutions designed to meet modern workplace needs and deliver a strong return on investment. In addition to apprenticeships, Swatpro delivers vocational knowledge and skills training via online and face-to-face short courses and skills bootcamps, supported by dedicated English and maths provision to help learners progress in their chosen field. The organisation supports individuals with information, advice and guidance to find suitable apprenticeship opportunities or alternative training routes, and learning may be funded, supported through an Advanced Learner Loan or purchased commercially. Swatpro’s provision is underpinned by performance, contract and quality management expertise, working in partnership with employers and training partners across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bath and Bristol to ensure continuous improvement and up-to-date practice.
