Axia Solutions is a specialist training provider that has been delivering education and workforce development for more than 25 years. The organisation’s portfolio includes apprenticeship training, workplace delivery of maths and English, and a range of bespoke training packages, all delivered in the workplace by industry-trained assessors. Apprenticeships offered include standards such as Senior Leader (Level 7, women’s programme), Improvement Practitioner, Lean Manufacturing Operative, Facilities Management, Warehousing Operative, Team Leader, Operations/Departmental Manager, Printing Technician, Customer Service Practitioner and Business Administration. Axia works with employers to design apprenticeship and training solutions that fit around operational demands, combining on-the-job training with theory to build substantial skills while minimising disruption to production. For existing workforces, Axia provides on-site functional skills tuition in maths, English and ICT, plus fully funded short and long courses, including ESOL, from Entry Level to Level 2, with all qualifications awarded by City & Guilds.
