FLM Training Ltd is a Wigan-based training provider specialising in apprenticeships and vocational training in fitness, leisure and management. The management team has over 30 years’ experience in training and development and focuses on delivering new and innovative approaches while maintaining high-quality provision. From its base in Greater Manchester, FLM delivers apprenticeships in business support services, leadership and management, and sport and active leisure, working with a range of employers across the North West including large councils, leisure trusts and national employers as well as smaller organisations. Apprenticeship pathways span from Level 2 Intermediate to Level 5 Higher Apprenticeships, with programmes such as Customer Service, Team Leader/Supervisor, Leisure Duty Manager, Fitness Instructing (Gym), Personal Trainer and Leisure Team Member. In addition to apprenticeships, FLM offers commercial training and continuous professional development, including qualifications such as the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and First Aid courses.
