EMA Training

EMA Training is an apprenticeship training provider based in the East Midlands, specialising in high-quality, face-to-face, trainer-led apprenticeship delivery. Since 2013, they have focused on apprenticeships in finance and accounting, marketing and content creation, data and technology, and business administration, offering programmes from Level 2 to Level 7. Their model combines classroom-based teaching at their Derby digital hub with workplace mentoring, aiming to develop both technical skills and softer skills such as communication, confidence and relationship building. EMA Training works closely with local employers, offering a complimentary recruitment service to source and place apprentices and support workforce development. Trainers and mentors typically come from industry backgrounds in finance, marketing and data or progress into training roles after completing their own apprenticeships. In addition to apprenticeships, EMA Training provides commercial training programmes in accountancy and operates as an official AAT exam centre for external assessments, enabling individuals and employers to access accredited professional qualifications alongside apprenticeship routes.
