CQM Training & Consultancy (CQM T&C) is a national, award‑winning training and development provider specialising in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma and management development. The organisation delivers government‑funded apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 to Level 6, including Lean Manufacturing Operative, Team Leader/Supervisor, Food Industry Technologist, Improvement Practitioner, Process Leader, Quality Practitioner, Improvement Specialist, Improvement Leader and Operations/Departmental Manager. Apprenticeships are designed around current Apprenticeship Standards, combining workshops, one‑to‑one coaching, and off‑the‑job training to build knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied directly in the workplace. CQM T&C also offers a wide range of commercial training, including Lean Six Sigma belt programmes (White to Black Belt), lean/continuous improvement courses, leadership and management development, and health, safety and IOSH courses. Programmes can be delivered virtually, on‑site or in hybrid formats, and many are externally accredited, with learners receiving CQM T&C certificates and, where applicable, globally recognised qualifications. CQM T&C supports employers with training needs analysis and levy planning tools to align apprenticeship and training investment with organisational goals and to drive measurable operational and cost‑saving improvements.
