Weir Training is a work-based training provider delivering nationally recognised apprenticeship standards across Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and the wider South of England. Established since 2000, the organisation focuses on employer-led programmes that are tailored to specific business and individual needs, aiming for measurable impact in the workplace. Weir Training offers apprenticeships in a range of sectors including customer service, business administration, team leading, operations management, learning and development, hospitality, business improvement and supply chain warehouse operations. Programmes cover standards such as Customer Service Practitioner, Customer Service Specialist, Business Administrator, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Learning and Development Practitioner, Food & Beverage Team Member, Hospitality Supervisor, Improvement Technician, Improvement Practitioner and Supply Chain Warehouse Operative. The provider is approved on the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register and works with both levy and non-levy employers, partnering with recognised awarding and end-point assessment organisations including Highfield Qualifications, Professional Assessment Ltd (PAL), TQUK, Innovate and Highfield Assessment. Delivery is through a blended model of remote and on-site, face-to-face teaching, learning and assessment sessions, built around the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for each apprenticeship and role, with one-to-one support from experienced staff throughout the programme.
