How does FATP choose which providers appear in the search results?

We list all UK training providers with verifiable government data. Every eligible provider appears by default, visibility cannot be bought or influenced. Subscriptions upgrade a provider’s profile depth, not their ranking.

How do provider scores work?

Our scoring model combines: Achievement Rate data, Ofsted judgements, employer feedback, scope and consistency of delivery and independently researched indicators. Scores are standardised across all providers to give employers a fair comparison.

Are the ratings and reviews independent?

Yes. Employer reviews are verified, and we do not publish reviews submitted by: providers about themselves, agency or marketing proxies. Reviews inform scoring but do not replace performance data.

Can FATP recommend the best provider for my needs?

Yes. We offer a free employer triage service that analyses your requirements (standard, geography, delivery model, volumes, timelines) and supplies a curated shortlist based on our data and quality indicators.

Do providers pay to appear?

All registered and active providers appear by default.
Providers can pay for a subscription which unlocks: Full profile customisation, enhanced content modules, case study display, featured long-form articles (subject to editorial constraint). Subscription does not influence ranking or scores.

What does FATP cost?

Employer use is free. Provider subscriptions begin at sector-aligned pricing based on provider size and scope of provision. Additional advertising options are available.

What does a provider subscription include?

A subscription gives providers the ability to: Update and expand their profile, add employer case studies, publish long-form value addcontent, improve conversion through better storytelling and evidence and access analytics on profile views and employer interactions. This is now the only route for providers to manage or enhance their profile.

How often is provider data refreshed?

We update core datasets monthly and incorporate major government releases (achievement rates, Ofsted reports, ILR updates) as soon as they are published. Employers always see current data.

How do I contact a provider?

Each profile includes verified contact details. Employers can also request a guided introduction if they want FATP to broker an informed, high-confidence connection.

Does FATP guarantee the quality of a provider?

No. We provide transparent data and analysis, but we do not “endorse” providers. Our role is to help employers choose with clarity, not certify or approve providers.

I’m a provider — how do I update my information?

Profile edits and upgrades are available only to subscribers. Once subscribed, your team can: Update your about section, add content and case studies, refresh specialisms and delivery regions, commission long-form articles.

What does FATP do with my data?

We only use your data to enhance your experience of the platform and never sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
