About
Vocational Training Services (VTS)
Vocational Training Services (VTS) is an Essex-based apprenticeship and work-based learning provider specialising in Early Years and Health & Social Care. Established in 1994, VTS delivers qualifications from levels 2–5, mainly through apprenticeships, with additional options for stand‑alone diplomas and certificates funded privately or via the 19+ Advanced Learner Loan. Their programmes cover childcare and early years (including Early Years Practitioner Level 2, Early Years Educator Level 3 and Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5), adult social care (Adult Care Worker Level 2, Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3, Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4, Leader in Adult Care Level 5, Senior Healthcare Support Worker Level 3) and teaching assistant roles in schools. Training is delivered in the workplace across Essex, London, Suffolk and Norfolk, minimising the need for college attendance and providing tailored, sector‑relevant learning. VTS works with a wide range of employers including care homes, nurseries, pre‑schools, schools, and NHS and private hospitals, and offers guidance on apprenticeship funding for levy and non‑levy employers as well as privately funded routes. The provider emphasises high achievement rates, strong learner and employer satisfaction, and personalised support from experienced tutors and assessors throughout each programme.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
