The Learning Enterprise

About
The Learning Enterprise
The Learning Enterprise is an apprenticeship and training provider that supports health and care organisations with business, professional, clinical and care apprenticeships across England. According to the government’s Find Apprenticeship Training service, it operates centres of learning around the country and focuses on helping health and care providers develop their workforce through structured apprenticeship routes. Apprentices are supported by specialist assessors and subject matter experts who design bespoke training packages aligned to the relevant apprenticeship standard and the employer’s work-based requirements. Delivery typically uses blended learning, including workplace projects, classroom-based workshops, webinars, workbooks and e-portfolios. Both employers and apprentices receive a named trainer or assessor to guide them through the apprenticeship journey and a facilitated recruitment process via a dedicated administration team. The organisation states that it holds a training Quality Mark and is part of HCRG Care Group’s wider learning and development offer, which provides e-learning, career pathways and continuing professional development for health and care staff through The Learning Enterprise team.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
