About
University of Lincoln
The University of Lincoln delivers a broad portfolio of apprenticeships designed in partnership with employers to develop workforce skills from Levels 3 to 7. Apprenticeships combine paid employment with university-based or online learning, enabling apprentices to gain nationally recognised qualifications while applying new knowledge directly in the workplace. Provision includes programmes in leadership and management (such as Chartered Manager Degree and Senior Leader apprenticeships), nursing, social work, paramedic practice, advanced clinical practice, engineering, logistics, and food manufacturing. Delivery models are flexible, with a mix of on-the-job training, block or day release teaching, and blended or online study options to suit employer and learner needs. The University’s apprenticeship teams work closely with hundreds of employers, including large private sector organisations and public sector bodies such as local councils, the military, and NHS trusts. Employers can access guidance on using apprenticeship funding, recruiting apprentices, and tailoring programmes to support long‑term workforce development and succession planning. Apprentices benefit from specialist facilities, academic and work-based support, and structured off‑the‑job training, with programmes typically lasting between one and five years depending on level and standard.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
