About
University of Greenwich
The University of Greenwich is a London and Medway-based university that delivers higher and degree apprenticeships alongside its wider portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate, short course and CPD provision. Its apprenticeships combine practical, work-based training with structured academic study, enabling apprentices to earn a wage while gaining job-specific skills and an industry-relevant qualification. Apprenticeship programmes are designed to support both new recruits and existing employees, with options at intermediate, advanced, higher and degree levels. Employers can use these programmes to recruit new talent or upskill their current workforce, with tailored provision aimed at boosting business growth and enhancing talent pipelines. The university supports employers and apprentices throughout the apprenticeship journey, providing teaching, skills coaching, access to libraries and training facilities, and regular progress reviews. Guidance is available on eligibility, funding and the Apprenticeship Levy, and the institution’s apprenticeships are rated “Good” by Ofsted. In addition to apprenticeships, the University of Greenwich offers opportunities for employers to engage with student talent through internships, placements and graduate recruitment, helping organisations access a diverse pool of over 23,000 full- and part-time students from more than 130 countries.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
