Apprenticeship programmes are delivered across the North West of England from locations in Chester, Warrington and Birkenhead, enabling regional employers to upskill staff close to their workplace. Courses currently include options such as Advanced Clinical Practice MSc, Nursing Associate Higher Apprenticeship, Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship and Social Work Degree Apprenticeship, delivered through applied learning and workplace integration. In addition to apprenticeships, the University offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, short courses and work-based learning opportunities, with a focus on real-world learning and employer-shaped curricula. Employers can work with the University to explore and co-develop apprenticeship standards aligned to workforce needs, supported by a dedicated apprenticeships team and established partnerships with organisations including NHS trusts, local authorities, police forces and private sector employers.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
