University Academy Holbeach is a secondary school and sixth form in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, which also operates as an officially recognised apprenticeship training provider. The Academy states that it is committed to providing quality education to young people while meeting the needs of the local economy and businesses, and works closely with organisations such as the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, the Work Based Learning Alliance and the University of Lincoln to promote apprenticeships. It was the first school in the country to be offered the opportunity to deliver apprenticeships, and its programme has since developed to support progression into employment across a wide range of sectors. The Academy delivers Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in multiple subjects and reports that it has delivered over 1,000 apprenticeships to date. In 2024 it opened new state-of-the-art facilities, including a vocational learning suite with practical areas for electrical, brickwork and plumbing training. Alongside apprenticeships, University Academy Holbeach offers a broad curriculum for Years 7–11, a wide range of sixth form academic, technical and vocational courses, and T Levels, providing pathways into higher education, employment and higher apprenticeships.
