About
Ultima Skills Training
Ultima Skills Training is described as a dynamic training organisation providing both bespoke and government-funded training with the aim of raising the quality of education, training and employment for the companies and individuals it works with. The organisation’s stated objective is to ‘pioneer success’ across the education, training and employment sectors. It works in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), local Work Programme providers, prisons and other services to deliver lifelong learning skills, helping jobseekers make informed choices about their future and equipping them with the tools needed to return to employment. Ultima Skills Training offers training that mirrors the local labour market, supporting employers to fill vacancies successfully and providing tailored provision for staff development. The provider works closely with employers in and around the North West to upskill their workforce, improve staff capability and create stronger, more effective teams. Apprenticeship areas listed in the site navigation include LGV Driver, Business Administration, Customer Service, Motor Maintenance and Retail, alongside employability-focused training.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
