UK Training & Development

UK Training & Development (UKTD) is a specialist workplace learning provider offering apprenticeships and vocational training designed to develop staff skills and improve business performance. From their UK base, they deliver apprenticeships alongside a range of work-based qualifications, with particular strengths in hairdressing, barbering, business administration, customer service, team leadership and management. UKTD’s programmes are supported by experienced training consultants who provide one-to-one support to both employers and learners. They make extensive use of e-portfolios and online learning to enhance learner engagement and progress tracking, giving employers better visibility of development. In addition to apprenticeship delivery, UKTD offers qualifications in teaching and the assessment of learning at work, helping employers build in‑house training capability. Training packages can be tailored to meet specific workplace needs, and the organisation actively encourages enquiries from employers looking to develop apprenticeships or other workplace qualifications to support growth and workforce development.
