Whyy? Change is an independent apprenticeship and training provider based at the AESSEAL New York Stadium in Rotherham, focused on helping businesses develop their people through accredited, face‑to‑face programmes. The organisation delivers apprenticeships, professional qualifications and short courses across Leadership and Management, Marketing, HR and Learning, Quality HSE, and Lean & Six Sigma. Their apprenticeships are aligned to recognised standards and are underpinned by qualifications from awarding bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Training is delivered through interactive, workshop‑style sessions led by experienced practitioners, with a strong emphasis on practical application in the workplace. Whyy? Change promotes a personalised learning experience, offering coaching, wellbeing and career support throughout the apprenticeship journey. In addition to apprenticeships, they run commercial short courses and accredited programmes for existing staff to build capability in areas such as project management, risk management, internal auditing and continuous improvement, using their dedicated training centre and library of resources to support employer workforce development.
