About
TRN
TRN is a national training provider offering apprenticeships and wider skills programmes for school leavers, young people and adults across England. The organisation delivers high-quality apprenticeship training alongside pre-apprenticeship study programmes, Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) and sector-specific courses in construction, health and social care, early years and youth services. Apprenticeships are available from level 2 to higher levels, with specialist routes in early years, children and young people’s workforce and adult care, combining on-the-job learning with structured off-the-job training and functional skills. TRN emphasises inclusive provision, particularly for those who have not thrived in traditional education, supporting learners to build skills, behaviours and confidence for sustained employment and progression. The provider reports a 67.6% apprenticeship achievement rate, with 100% of apprentices who complete retained in employment, and employer and learner satisfaction rates of 91% and 92% respectively, alongside supporting over 1,500 learners annually. TRN also offers traineeships, SWAPs and construction trade pre-employment training, giving employers flexible options to recruit and upskill staff while accessing funded training and tailored support. Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
