Training Works

Training Works is a nationally recognised apprenticeship training provider specialising in Adult Care, Early Years, Business and Children, Young People and Families. Based at Blackpool Enterprise Centre with trainers located across the UK, they deliver structured apprenticeship programmes that combine workplace learning with off‑the‑job training to help employers develop skilled staff while employees earn as they learn. Their provision covers Levels 2 to 5 in areas such as adult care worker, lead adult care worker, lead practitioner and leader in adult care, cleaning and hygiene, early years practitioner, early years educator, early years lead practitioner, business administration, team leader and operations manager. Programmes are designed to build practical skills, sector knowledge and confidence, supporting progression and professional development in care, education and business roles. Training Works emphasises tailored support for both employers and apprentices, offering guidance on recruitment, funding and programme design, and delivering training through a mix of on‑site, classroom and online methods as appropriate.
