TPC Health is a specialist training and development provider for the health and social care sector, focused on coaching, leadership and personalised care. Its apprenticeship offer sits within a broader portfolio of purpose-built coaching apprenticeships designed to upskill staff and support organisational growth across health, social care and voluntary sector organisations, with an explicit aim of driving real-world impact on patient care. Alongside apprenticeships, TPC Health delivers health and wellbeing coaching programmes, personalised care training including shared decision making, personalised care and support planning, and supported self‑management, as well as group coaching and action learning set facilitation.
