Total People is an apprenticeship and work‑based learning provider offering programmes across a wide range of industry sectors, including accountancy, business administration, bus and coach and HGV, customer service, early years, engineering, human resources, management, property, refrigeration and air conditioning, scaffolding and teaching assistant roles. Its apprenticeships combine on-the-job experience with structured training to support people to secure their first job, move into a new role or progress in their current position, with routes available from entry level through to higher apprenticeships. The organisation supports employers by matching apprenticeship training to business needs, helping recruit new apprentices and upskill existing staff, and providing guidance on apprenticeship funding and levy use. Learners are supported by sector specialist learning coaches and have access to fully equipped training centres and workshops across the North West and surrounding areas. Total People emphasises return on investment and productivity for employers and reinvests its profits for the benefit of learners and businesses. It has been recognised through a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and sector awards for its apprenticeship provision.
