Get Set UK is a government-funded training and employability provider that helps individuals and employers develop skills and access work-focused opportunities. For employers, Get Set UK delivers apprenticeship programmes designed to strengthen workforces by enabling staff at all levels, from entry-level to senior leaders, to enrol on relevant apprenticeships that blend on-the-job training with structured learning. Their apprenticeship offer spans Business and Digital, Leadership and Management, Education and Early Years, and HR and Learning & Development, with flexible delivery options including online, in-person and hybrid training. Employers can use apprenticeship provision to address key skills gaps, improve retention and make full use of Apprenticeship Levy or co-funded government support for training and assessment. Beyond apprenticeships, Get Set UK offers a range of government-funded training and upskilling routes under its ‘Skills for Work’ and wider ‘Training’ offer, providing free or co-funded Level 1–3 courses in areas such as Health and Social Care, Teaching and Digital Skills, including Coding and Web Design. These programmes are designed to support both workforce development for businesses and career progression for individuals by leveraging available public funding and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
