Windsor Forest Colleges Group is a dynamic group of colleges offering first-class education and training for young people, adults and employers across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey. The group comprises two sixth form colleges at Strode’s and Windsor, alongside specialist technical, vocational and land-based provision at Slough & Langley College and BCA (Berkshire College of Agriculture). They deliver over 900 full-time, part-time and apprenticeship courses from entry level through to higher education, enabling clear progression routes for learners. Apprenticeships are a core part of their offer, with training delivered in industry-standard workshops and workplaces, supported by industry-trained staff and dedicated apprenticeship assessors. The group provides off-the-job training, work experience placements for vocational students, and a free apprenticeship recruitment service to help employers find and develop talent. Provision spans sectors such as engineering, construction, digital, childcare, business, land-based industries and more, with programmes available from Level 2 up to higher and degree-level apprenticeships. In addition, Windsor Forest Colleges Group offers adult learning, higher education programmes validated by partner universities, Green Skills courses focused on sustainable technologies, and specialist land-based training, supporting workforce upskilling and reskilling across the region.
