The Sea View Trust

About
The Sea View Trust
The Sea View Trust is a multi‑academy trust in the North West of England that also acts as an apprenticeship training provider for the education workforce. The Trust brings together mainstream primary schools, specialist schools and a post‑16 specialist college, and works in partnership with the Embrace Teaching School Hub to deliver a ‘Golden Thread’ of teacher and workforce development from initial teacher training through to leadership. In February 2025, The Sea View Trust secured apprenticeship status, enabling it to offer apprenticeships specifically designed to grow teachers and support staff for a range of roles and responsibilities across its schools and college. Apprenticeship programmes are positioned within a wider School Improvement Offer, which includes professional development, central support services and collaborative school‑to‑school improvement activity. Through this combined offer, the Trust aims to secure high‑quality teachers and leaders, support SEND‑focused practice, and provide value for money for schools and partners seeking structured, career‑long development pathways.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
