The Management Academy

The Management Academy (TMA) is a training provider based near Oxford that offers apprenticeship programmes and skills-based courses for school leavers, graduates and people already in work. Their apprenticeship provision covers eight standards: Management for Team Leaders/Supervisors (Level 3), Management for Operations/Departmental Managers (Level 5), Supply Chain Practitioner (Level 3), Business Analyst (Level 4), Data Support Technician (Level 3), Data Analyst (Level 4), Data Engineer (Level 5) and Machine Learning Engineer (Level 6). TMA focuses on developing practical skills in close collaboration with employers, aligning delivery with the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the apprenticeship standards while also supporting organisation-specific training needs. Training is typically delivered in the workplace, with options for off‑site provision, and can be arranged on a day‑release or block‑release basis. For management apprenticeships, participants receive a leadership and management diploma from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) on completion. Beyond apprenticeships, TMA provides skills‑based courses delivered by specialist trainers in classroom settings or online, aiming to develop essential and soft skills that support workplace performance and employability.
