About
The Link Training
The Link Training delivers apprenticeship and vocational training focused on hairdressing, barbering, health and social care, leadership and management, business administration, and coaching and mentoring. In hairdressing, The Link Training Academy offers Level 2 Hair Professional and Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hair Professional apprenticeships, combining academy-based training with in-salon development. Learners typically work at least 30 hours per week, including a full training day in the salon, and progress from core technical skills to advanced creative work and portfolio building. In health and social care, the provider delivers apprenticeships from Level 2 Adult Care Worker through to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, alongside sector-focused private courses such as the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate and a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Medication Handling and Administration. Programmes are taught by experienced industry specialists and designed around thoughtfully planned, sequenced curricula that use varied teaching methods and individualised support to help learners embed skills in the workplace. The organisation highlights strong partnerships, including work with NHS employers, and invites prospective apprentices and employers to apply or enquire via online application forms for apprenticeship and private course provision.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
