Education Training Collective (Etc.) is a group of colleges and training providers in the Tees Valley offering high-quality education, training and apprenticeship opportunities. The group incorporates Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and Innersummit, and delivers a full range of courses, including professional and commercial provision alongside apprenticeships. Their apprenticeship offering is designed around local demand and is available across a range of industries, supporting employers who want to recruit new staff or upskill existing employees, with programmes spanning from entry level to degree-equivalent higher apprenticeships. Apprenticeships can be delivered flexibly for larger cohorts to minimise disruption to business operations, and bespoke apprenticeship packages are available with bolt-on modules such as additional qualifications or non-accredited training in areas like health and safety, first aid and HR procedures. Through the Etc. for Business service, the organisation also provides free support for employers with recruitment, workforce upskilling and guidance on available funding, working in long-term partnerships to strengthen workforces, increase productivity and meet regional economic needs.
