The Development Manager (TDM) is a tech and digital apprenticeship and training provider that manages workplace learning journeys for both employers and employees. It specialises in developing tech and digital careers from complete beginner through technician and technologist roles to degree-level digital and technology leaders, using work-based learning underpinned by academic rigour. TDM delivers a range of apprenticeship programmes including standards such as Data Analyst, Network Engineer, Cyber Security Technologist, Software Developer, Information Communications Technician, Multichannel Marketer, Data Technician and Digital Support Technician, alongside degree apprenticeships in Digital Marketing and Digital and Technology Solutions.
