The Apprenticeship College

The Apprenticeship College is a specialist apprenticeship training provider focused on developing and empowering staff through tailored, levy-compliant programmes for employers. Its apprenticeships are designed to deliver impactful, integrated and innovative training that enhances individual capability and business performance, improving knowledge, skills, processes and day-to-day workplace effectiveness. The provider offers a broad portfolio of more than 20 apprenticeship standards across areas such as leadership and management, sales and customer service, business administration and support, project management and business improvement, supply chain leadership, coaching, and English and maths. Alongside apprenticeship delivery, The Apprenticeship College provides learning and development consultancy to help organisations plan programmes that can be funded via the Apprenticeship Levy, as well as a full apprenticeship recruitment service covering job descriptions, attraction, skills screening and shortlisting. Their services also include levy recovery support so employers can recover training costs from the levy or government co-funding, and ongoing account management to coordinate teaching, learning and assessment and provide regular progress and funding reports. The Apprenticeship College is fully recognised by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and is listed on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP).
