T3 Training & Development

T3 Training & Development is a specialist training provider focused on the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sectors. Founded in 2016 to address a shortage of technical training for engineers and technicians, it delivers intensive, fast‑track programmes aligned to the practical needs of both employers and learners. The organisation offers industry‑focused apprenticeships that combine workplace experience with structured off‑the‑job learning, preparing apprentices to contribute effectively from the outset. T3 provides flexible delivery models, including face‑to‑face or online training, and day‑ or block‑release options to fit around business operations. Apprenticeship progression routes range from Level 2 to Level 5, with programmes recognised within the UCAS points system for higher‑level study. Alongside apprenticeships, T3 delivers commercial and professional courses, including advanced construction and digital design training, to help businesses upskill existing staff. The provider is Ofsted graded ‘Good’, approved by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, holds Matrix accreditation and is an approved centre for several awarding bodies, including ECITB, Pearson, JCQ and NOCN.
