Therefore we promise to do the following before your Apprentice even starts their learning programme.

- Employer onboarding meeting with our Sector Specific Curriculum Leads.
- Support employers to agree a challenging curriculum to be delivered and the order modules are undertaken.
- Plan and co-ordinate off the job opportunities together with the employer
- Agree the training plan for Individual employees bespoke to their individual learning needs.
- Agree best methods of communication and key people in the organisation involved in the Apprenticeship Programme

Our learners have access to a 1-1 trainer who will support them through their Apprenticeship. They will undertake a blended approach to learning using our online platform, Live group teaching sessions with peers and 1-1 Support.
