Steadfast Training

Steadfast Training is a specialist training provider delivering apprenticeships and workforce development programmes across the North East, East of England, East Midlands and Greater London. Established in 2005 and operating as a prime contractor with the Education & Skills Funding Agency, the organisation is listed on both the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and the Register of Training Organisations. Its apprenticeship offer includes programmes up to Level 5 in areas such as business, customer service, adult social care, healthcare, education, early years, and leadership and management, enabling employees to gain nationally recognised qualifications while working. Steadfast Training also delivers employability training, in‑work support, Skills Bootcamps in health and social care, and a range of short online courses, aimed at creating better futures for individuals, families, businesses and communities. Provision is regulated by Ofsted and rated ‘Good’, and the organisation holds Matrix accreditation for information, advice and guidance as well as membership of the Chartered Institution for Further Education.
