As part of its offer, it provides vocational training across a number of sectors and trades, alongside maths, English and ICT, to improve employability skills and life chances. Provision for apprentices is delivered both through its network of centres and more widely in partnership with national employers. Nova’s mission is to increase skills and employment levels, reduce NEET, and meet the skills demands of learners, local authorities, employers and LEPs it serves, underpinned by values of respect, honesty, trust, openness and equality of opportunity. The provider also offers information, advice and guidance, safeguarding and wellbeing support, financial support information, and MOT and commercial training, positioning itself as a training partner for both individuals and businesses seeking staff development. Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
