Skillwise
Skillwise is a Birmingham-headquartered training provider established in 2006 to deliver high-quality, government-funded training courses and qualifications for organisations and individuals. They focus on developing existing employees and supporting people taking their first steps into work or changing career paths later in life. Skillwise is on the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register and is authorised to draw down government funds to support apprenticeship training, working with employers across sectors to utilise apprenticeship levy funding or government funding to upskill new and existing staff. Their specialist provision includes leadership and management apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 5 (CMI), Business Administration at Level 3, and Customer Service at Levels 2 and 3, delivered by a nationwide team of experienced tutors. Programmes combine teaching, coaching and mentoring, are reviewed regularly with employers and learners, and lead to formal qualifications with End Point Assessment by the awarding body. Skillwise also offers free, bespoke recruitment support for employers hiring new staff to undertake their training, handling advertising, screening, selection and initial interviewing.
