Skillcert is a registered independent education and training provider delivering government-funded apprenticeships and wider training across England and the UK. Established in 2015, the organisation focuses on work-based learning, offering a wide range of apprenticeship programmes that combine employer-recognised qualifications with practical, on-the-job experience. Skillcert works with local and national employers to design and deliver apprenticeship pathways that support recruitment, workforce development and progression. Its apprenticeship offer spans financial services, leadership and management, professional services and property maintenance, with specific programmes including Business Administrator Level 3, Financial Services Administrator Level 3, Mortgage Adviser Level 3, Paraplanner and Financial Planner Level 4, Operations Manager Level 5, Property Maintenance Operative Level 2, Safety, Health and Environment Technician, Senior Leader Level 7 and Team Leader Level 3. Training and assessment are delivered in the workplace and supplemented with online sessions, for example via Microsoft Teams, enabling apprentices to develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviours while remaining in productive employment. Skillcert also provides adult learning, commercial and online training, giving employers flexible options to upskill existing staff as well as develop new talent pipelines through apprenticeships.
