There are four types of training provider:
A National Provider is a training provider that is able to offer apprenticeship training in any location across England. Some national providers might also offer training in the devolved nations, i.e. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
An FE college is a state-funded provider that can offer a broad range of training options in a particular location to a range of employers.
A Specialist Provider is a training provider that is not state-funded and tends to offer training in specialist sectors or locations.
Universities offer training for Degree Apprenticeships or Higher Apprenticeships, sometimes running specialist courses for apprentices on a particular standard.
Riverside Training is a National Independent Training Provider with 21 years experience in delivering training. We are a specialist Apprenticeship Training Provider covering key cities in England for the delivery of: APM Project Management level 4; Business Administration; Financial Services; Customer Service Practioner; Team Leading, HR Level 3 and 5, Management at levels 2, 3 and 5, Dental Nursing, Early Years and Teaching Assitant. We work with employers to upskill existing employees, assist with the recruitment of new apprentices, deliver bespoke commericial courses and offer account management to key accounts.
Riverside Training has been in operation for over 20 years. We have held an SFA contract for the delivery of Apprenticeships. As of March 2017 we have been on the Register of Apprenticeships Training Providers (RoATP) and therefore able to deliver Apprenticeships to Levy and Non-Levy paying employers.
