About
Riverside Training
Riverside Training is a government‑approved apprenticeship and training provider with over 29 years’ experience supporting employers and learners across England. The organisation works nationally with a broad range of employers, from primary schools to NHS organisations and large corporates, delivering apprenticeship programmes and recruitment services. Its apprenticeship offer spans multiple levels, from Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) through to Higher Apprenticeships at Levels 4–7, covering areas such as accounting assistant, operational/departmental management and senior people professionals. Riverside Training works closely with professional bodies, including the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Association of Accounting Technicians, to ensure programmes are appropriately accredited. The provider emphasises tailored, work‑based learning, supported by sector‑experienced Learning & Development Coaches and delivered largely through Microsoft Teams to minimise disruption and travel. Employers receive support with apprenticeship recruitment, levy management and access to an online portal to monitor learner progress, alongside structured reporting and account management. Riverside Training also highlights its focus on learner wellbeing, using a specialist partner to provide mental health support, and adopts digital tools such as electronic enrolment, interactive online learning and cognitive domain mapping to individualise learning pathways.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
