About
Quest Training
Quest Training South East provides work-based apprenticeship and qualification programmes for employers and learners across the South East of England. Founded over 19 years ago, the organisation focuses on delivering high quality, individualised training that enables apprentices and other learners to achieve career, educational and life goals. Quest offers the latest apprenticeship standards as well as intermediate, advanced and higher qualifications in sectors including childcare and playwork, support teaching and learning, health and social care, customer service, business administration, and team leading and management. Apprenticeships are funded by government and employers, with programmes typically taking 1–2 years plus an additional period for end-point assessment. Alongside apprenticeships, Quest provides in-house training, privately funded and bespoke courses, and programmes available via Advanced Learner Loans for those for whom an apprenticeship route is not appropriate. The provider supports both levy and non-levy employers with services such as help with apprentice recruitment, health and safety assessments, information, advice and guidance, and training needs analysis. A flexible, one-to-one support model underpins their delivery, aiming to help learners reach their full potential while enabling employers to develop a workforce aligned with their business needs.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
