PQMS is a UK-wide technical training provider specialising in infrastructure-related skills development for both individuals and employers. Established in 1999, the organisation delivers apprenticeships, vocational qualifications and bespoke training solutions from centres in Livingston, Bury, Bedworth and Pulborough. Its apprenticeship offer includes programmes such as Telecoms Field Operative (Level 2), Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative (Level 2), Team Leading/Supervisor (Level 3), Business Administrator (Level 3), Operations/Departmental Manager (Level 5) and Drainage Network Operative (Level 2). Employers can use PQMS to recruit new apprentices or upskill existing staff and benefit from guidance on levy and non-levy funding, along with a free recruitment service for apprenticeship roles. Beyond apprenticeships, PQMS provides accredited training in civils engineering, construction, drainage, drones, energy and utilities, health and safety, streetworks and telecommunications. Courses are accredited by bodies such as CABWI, Civil Aviation Authority, City & Guilds, EUSR, LCL Awards, NPORS, Smart Awards, Tetra and Openreach. Training can be delivered at PQMS centres, in the workplace, onsite or during evenings and weekends to suit operational needs.
