Pilot IMS is a national training provider delivering workplace apprenticeships and wider skills, welfare and youth programmes for public and private partners. Established in 2001, the organisation is Ofsted Grade Good with Outstanding for Adult Education and holds Matrix accreditation, reflecting a focus on quality and learner support. Its apprenticeship provision serves learners aged 16+ and is designed to transform business performance by building an efficient, productive and resilient workforce. Pilot IMS has developed apprenticeship standards and provides programmes that evolve with industry needs, specialising in areas such as team leadership and management, business administration and customer service, alongside priority sectors including warehousing, manufacturing, security, spectator safety and business and management. Apprenticeships are offered from Level 2 to Level 6 and combine employment with nationally accredited training in competence, knowledge and English and maths, typically over 12 months or more. In addition to apprenticeships, Pilot IMS offers sector-specific funded and commercial training, SIA security training, youth programmes such as NCS, and funded initiatives including WMCA employment support and Free Courses for Jobs. The provider also works with local employers to link jobseekers to vacancies and can design bespoke training solutions aligned to employer requirements.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
