Pier Training

Pier Training (Pier Technology Limited trading as Pier Training) is a UK apprenticeship and commercial training provider established in 2011, with a stated focus on placing both learners and employers at the centre of its delivery. The organisation delivers high-quality apprenticeship and commercial training programmes to public- and private-sector employers, supporting workforce development through career-focused learning. Its apprenticeship provision is concentrated in three specialist areas: Protective Services, Clinical Healthcare, and Leadership and Management. Within these strands, Pier Training offers a range of standards from Level 2 to Level 5, including business and management apprenticeships (such as Administration Assistant, Customer Service Practitioner and Specialist, Business Administrator, Team Leader and Operations Manager), clinical healthcare apprenticeships (Healthcare Support Worker and Senior Healthcare Support Worker), and care and protective services roles (Community Health and Wellbeing Worker, Safeguarding Support Officer, Domestic and Sexual Abuse Support Worker, Anti-social Behaviour and Community Safety Officer, and Youth Justice Practitioner), as well as a Health and Social Care Foundation Apprenticeship.
