About
Partnership Training
Partnership Training Ltd is a specialist apprenticeship and training provider for the health and social care sector, focusing on Adult Care and Children & Young People’s Services. Established in 2012 by former Registered Care Managers, the organisation designs apprenticeships to have a strong, practical impact on learners and the vulnerable people they support. All vocational tutors have held management roles in the care sector, bringing substantial experience to make the curriculum relevant to real workplace practice. Partnership Training Ltd works closely with employers and learners to promote best practice in line with Sector Skills Council guidelines and employer values. They offer a comprehensive range of accredited apprenticeships across adult care, children, young people and family services, business and management roles within care settings, and safeguarding, with programmes tailored to different career stages from entry-level to leadership. The provider also delivers stand-alone diplomas alongside apprenticeships to support workforce development. Training is delivered through a personalised, flexible approach that takes account of each learner’s goals, skill level and pace, developed in partnership with managers. Employers are supported to recruit, develop and retain their care workforce, with over 400 employers cited as working with the organisation and more than 5,000 learners having completed programmes.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
