Nishkam Apprenticeships

Nishkam Apprenticeships is the apprenticeship arm of the Nishkam Civic Association, which has over 20 years’ experience in high-quality adult education and training for work and professional development. Their apprenticeship provision is values-led and focused on helping learners discover clear career paths while enabling employers to develop their workforce sustainably through high-quality apprenticeships. Programmes are co-designed with employers so that apprentices gain the specific knowledge, skills and behaviours required to excel in their job roles. Nishkam Apprenticeships emphasises workforce development, supporting businesses to increase skills, productivity and profitability, reduce training costs and improve staff retention by creating clear opportunities for career progression. For apprentices, they offer qualifications combined with practical job experience, delivered in real work environments, and provide an alternative route to higher education. Provision includes higher-level options such as the Nishkam Executive Senior Leadership Programme, a Level 7 higher apprenticeship delivered through their Leadership Hub, and degree apprenticeship opportunities in areas such as business management. All training is structured to support outstanding learner outcomes and long-term career progression.
