About
Middlesex University
Middlesex University offers a substantial portfolio of work-integrated learning and skills development for employers and employees, with apprenticeships sitting alongside wider professional training. Through its Centre for Apprenticeships and Skills, the university develops and delivers degree apprenticeships that combine employment with higher-level study, enabling staff to gain recognised qualifications while contributing to their organisations. Apprenticeships are employer-sponsored, with no tuition fees for the learner, and programmes are co-designed with industry and professional bodies to address specific workforce needs and support professional recognition. In 2022, Middlesex University’s apprenticeship provision was rated “good” by Ofsted. Alongside apprenticeships, the university provides CPD and short courses, work-based learning routes and bespoke training solutions for organisations of all sizes, including both credit-bearing and non-credit options. Employers can send groups of staff onto existing programmes, commission new skills development or work with Middlesex to design tailored apprenticeship or CPD programmes. Provision spans areas such as healthcare, technology, creative practice, management and law, with delivery models that include blended and work-based learning to fit around employment. (mdx.ac.uk)
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
