About
MSFDN
MSFDN (Michael Streete Foundation) is a registered charity and training organisation that equips young people aged 13–31 with skills, experiences and opportunities to progress in their personal, professional and creative lives. The organisation works particularly with underrepresented and disadvantaged youth, using creativity as a mindset and tool to develop solutions and build core, transferable skills for sustainable careers. Alongside wider youth development activity, MSFDN partners with schools, colleges and other educational establishments to support student progression beyond education into apprenticeships, employment, further study or entrepreneurship. Its offer includes structured training and education delivered through flexible formats (online, in-person and hybrid), covering vocational and accredited learning, apprenticeships, internships, traineeships, sessions, bootcamps and retreats. MSFDN also provides work-based placements through its industry network, giving participants practical experience and portfolio development in creative and cultural sectors. Complementary support services include mentoring, coaching, wellbeing and welfare assistance to help learners build confidence, professionalism and readiness for the workplace. The charity also works with employers as collaborators, helping them access and develop emerging talent through apprenticeships, work placements and bespoke programmes aligned to business needs.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
