t2 group is a UK apprenticeship and training provider specialising in Adult Care and Management programmes. Formed in 1996, the organisation has grown to become one of the largest providers of apprenticeships in the UK, delivering work-based learning that aims to build organisational capability and improve performance. t2 group offers a range of Adult Care Apprenticeships, including Adult Care Worker and Lead Adult Care Worker through to Leader in Adult Care, alongside Management Apprenticeships such as Team Leader/Supervisor and Operations Manager. Programmes are designed around one-to-one development with expert tutors and coaches, leading to nationally accredited qualifications that are fully or partly government funded, depending on employer size. Beyond apprenticeships, t2 group delivers broader health and social care and leadership and management programmes, and provides training and coaching solutions through its specialist division, Acumen Coaching.
